NPQLBC (Leading Behaviour and Culture)

Who is it for?

The National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour & Culture (NPQLBC) is for teaching and operational staff (including those without QTS, such as those who might have a role supporting the pastoral care systems in their schools.) For example pastoral / behaviour leaders, SENDCOs, Heads of Year / House and chaplains.

This represents a unique opportunity for these staff to access training, development and coaching related directly to their role or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.
