Our partners

Our ambition is to work together for the benefit of the region. Our partners bring a wealth of expertise to the Hub offer, giving it both rigour and flexibility of approach.

Partnership lies at the heart of our Hub. Working with our strategic partners, our national providers, delivery partners and our partner schools we aim to facilitate a collaborative approach to teacher development. We aspire to make a positive impact at an individual school level which connects the region and supports the recruitment and retention of the very best workforce for our region.

The Hub will provide a unique regional platform for schools to share their expertise, learn from and support each other and develop together with a clear and reliable focus on improving outcomes for our students.

Our 4 strategic partners are geographically well-placed within our region to support the training and development of all of our designated schools.

Our partners include:

Redhill Academy Trust (the accountable trust) is a multi-academy trust of 15 schools (primary and secondary). The lead school is The Redhill Academy in Gedling.

Minster Trust for Education (MITRE) is a multi-academy trust of 6 schools (primary and secondary). The lead school is The Minster Academy in Newark & Sherwood (Southwell).

Diverse Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust of 14 schools (primary, secondary and special). The lead school is Tuxford Academy in Bassetlaw (Tuxford).

Flying High Trust is a multi-academy trust of 29 schools (primary). The lead school is Cotgrave Candleby Lane School in Cotgrave, Nottingham.

All partners within the Hub have extensive expertise and experience of school to school support, training and development, coaching and facilitation. Over the last 12 years the individual Teaching School Alliances established by our partners have engaged with numerous schools in the region through Initial Teacher Training programmes, NQT programmes, leadership programmes and SLE support. Our partners bring a wealth of expertise to the Hub offer, giving it both rigour and flexibility of approach.

We hope our ambition to work together for the benefit of the region models a collaborative approach which will be reflected more widely going forwards. As a partnership we recognise that we have the potential to achieve more and make things simpler for individual schools. Combining our expertise ensures a cohesive and coherent offer for the region where genuine expertise can be shared, knowledge can be disseminated and the needs of every school can be met.
