Programme Information
As the Lead Provider, the Foundation for Educational Leadership has defined and designed the content and structure of the NPQ programmes, guided by a content framework from the DfE. Inspiring Leaders, in partnership with Redhill Teaching School Hub and Flying High Teaching School Hub will lead on the delivery in the locality.

Foundation for Educational Leadership (Lead Provider)
The Foundation is the named national provider appointed by the DfE. It sets and oversees the programme structure, governance, content, finance, QA and assessment. Through its values and principles, it brings a sharp focus on rich and evidence informed content, a strong emphasis on coaching and a commitment to vision- driven education.
Inspiring Leaders (Area Lead Partner)
An established regional partnership of outstanding MATs with a shared passion for developing the best leaders and a strong track record in design and delivery of NPQs across East Midlands and North Yorkshire engaging over 3000 participants over the last 8 years.
Inspiring Leaders will oversee and pull together/coordinate activity across the region working closely with the hubs and delivery partners alongside the Foundation to support capacity to deliver on quality, reach, geographical and demographic coverage and local needs.
Redhill Teaching Hub (Local Delivery Hub)
Redhill Teaching School Hub will be responsible for programme delivery and participant support within their area, covering schools in Bassetlaw, Gedling, Newark and Sherwood. They will provide expertise in facilitation, expert inputs and programme support, enabling participants to learn from existing practitioners and mix with like-minded colleagues based in their local area.

Flying High Teaching School Hub (Local Delivery Hub)
The Flying High Teaching School hub will be responsible for programme delivery and participant support within their area, covering schools in Ashfield, Broxtowe, Mansfield, Nottingham, Rushcliffe. They will provide expertise in facilitation, expert inputs and programme support, enabling participants to learn from existing practitioners and mix with like-minded colleagues based in their local area. As a founding partner of Inspiring Leaders, Flying High has been at the heart of NPQ delivery over the last 8 years.
