    Sally has been a secondary teacher since 1991 and joined the MFL team at The Redhill Academy in 2001. She is a former German Teacher of the Year and has a passion for teaching and learning and leadership development.

    Dave has been teaching since 2001. Dave was previously Director of the Minster Teaching School, overseeing the School Direct programme, Professional Learning and School to School Support for an alliance of over 60 schools.
