NPQ Scholarship Funding Autumn 26

Fully Funded NPQs for all teachers and leaders.

The following NPQs are fully funded for all teachers and leaders in state-funded schools, places remain limited, so early application is advised:

NPQ Headship (NPQH)
NPQ Senior Leadership (NPQSL)
NPQ SENCOs (NPQSENCO)

Fully Funded NPQs for settings with high levels of disadvantage

For these NPQs, scholarship funding to cover the full NPQ course cost is available to teachers and leaders from eligible schools and 16 to 19 settings that have high levels of disadvantage.

NPQ Leading Teaching (NPQLT)
NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC)
NPQ Leading Primary Mathematics (NPQLPM)
NPQ Executive Leadership (NPQEL)
NPQ Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)

Schools not eligible for funded places on the above programmes can still access these NPQs on a paid basis.

Please note. Whilst Redhill and NSE are not delivering on NPQ Early Years Leadership, or NPQ Leading Literacy we can pass your details on to other providers if you are interested in these programmes.

Leading Teacher Development NPQ – Additional Eligibility

You can also receive funding if you are:

Working in a school or setting on the disadvantage eligibility list
Taking on the role of lead mentor for an accredited ITT provider from September 2024

Fully Funded Places - Eligibility

Funding as listed above, is available to teachers and leaders working in:

The 50% of schools with the highest proportion of pupils eligible for pupil premium (based on the PP50 criteria used in April 2025)
16–19 educational settings identified as having high levels of disadvantage

In addition, teachers and leaders in schools on the RISE targeted intervention list will be eligible for a fully funded place on any NPQ.

There are limited funded places available, so even if your school meets the criteria, a funded place cannot be guaranteed.

NPQ in Leading Primary Maths £890 plus VAT

NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture £890 plus VAT

NPQ in Leading Teacher Development £890 plus VAT

NPQ in Leading Teaching £890 plus VAT
