FLOURISHING TEACHERS PROGRAMME​​​​​​​

Re-shaping education as a career in which adults flourish.

 

The Flourishing Teachers Programme is a brand-new personal and professional development programme designed to elevate the teaching profession. At its heart is the intentional creation of a culture of belonging and a renewed sense of purpose for teachers.

Participants explore the five domains of flourishing, while reflecting on the common challenges faced within the profession.

The programme is built on deliberate exploration of self and context, alongside meaningful collaboration with others.

This 12 month programme delivered over 5 half-termly cycles will enable participants to engage in reflective practice, reconnecting them with the core principles of teaching. It offers space for teachers to pause, reflect and critically engage with their professional journey in today’s evolving educational environment.

 

Launching in September 2026, Flourishing Teachers will be delivered in partnership between Redhill Teaching Hub and National Society for Education (NSE).
